Fiat G.91

Fighter-bomber aircraft (8 pcs)

Description

The Fiat G.91, nicknamed “Gina,” is an Italian-designed, lightweight subsonic jet fighter-bomber and reconnaissance aircraft from the early Cold War era.

It was developed by Fiat Aviazione (later Aeritalia) in response to a 1953 NATO competition (NBMR-1) for a standard “Light Weight Strike Fighter” to be adopted across member nations. The G.91 was designed for simplicity, affordability, and the ability to operate from short, semi-prepared grass airstrips with minimal support. Operated by the air forces of Italy, West Germany, and Portugal.

Set consists of 8 fine 3D-printed 1:600th/3mm scale miniatures. Models are sold with print supports and need side-cutters and hobby knife to remove them.
