Description
The Hawker Hurricane was a British single-seat fighter aircraft known for its crucial role in the Battle of Britain. Though often overshadowed by the more famous Supermarine Spitfire, the Hurricane was the backbone of the RAF’s Fighter Command during the battle, accounting for the majority of enemy aircraft destroyed.
Hurricane Mk.IID was armed with two 40 mm anti-tank autocannon in a gondola-style pod, one under each wing and a single Browning machine gun in each wing loaded with tracers for aiming purposes.
Set consists of 8 fine metal 1:600th/3mm scale miniatures.
