Medium bomber (4 pcs)

Description

The Heinkel He 111H was the definitive version of Germany’s most recognizable medium bomber during World War II. While it started its life disguised as a “civilian airliner” to dodge post-WWI treaty restrictions, it quickly ditched the business suits for bombs, becoming the primary workhorse for the Luftwaffe.

The most striking feature of the He 111H was its fully glazed, asymmetrical “greenhouse” nose. Unlike most bombers of the era that had a separate cockpit stepped above the nose, the He 111 sat the pilot right in the glass bubble alongside the bombardier. This specific model was the most mass-produced version, primarily distinguished by its use of Junkers Jumo 211 engines rather than the Daimler-Benz engines used in earlier models.

Set consists of 4 fine 3D-printed 1:600th/3mm scale miniatures. Models are sold with print supports and need side-cutters and hobby knife to remove them.
