Description

The Kfz.15 Horch was a versatile, four-wheel-drive military vehicle used by the German Wehrmacht during World War II. Produced by Horch, a division of Auto Union, the vehicle was part of a standardization program for military off-road cars.

Originally conceived as a transport car, it was widely utilized as a command and liaison vehicle. The Kfz.15 was known for its robustness and reliability, and it served on all fronts, including the harsh conditions of North Africa and the Eastern Front. It was powered by an 8-cylinder engine and featured a four-wheel independent suspension. Production of the vehicle ran from 1937 to 1943. While it was a capable and sturdy vehicle, its complex design made it difficult and expensive to produce and maintain compared to simpler vehicles like the VW Kübelwagen, which eventually replaced it in many roles.

Set consists of 15 fine metal 1:600th/3mm scale miniatures.
