Description
The Centurion was the primary British Army main battle tank of the post-World War II period. Introduced in 1945, it is widely considered to be one of the most successful post-war tank designs, remaining in production into the 1960s, and seeing combat into the 1980s.
Olifant was Centurion tank redesigned and rebuilt by South Africa with the help of Israel; considered the best indigenous tank design on the African continent. The name, ‘Olifant’ derives from the Afrikaans word for ‘elephant’ – being a heavy animal and indicating the heaviest combat vehicle in the South African Army.
Set consists of 15 fine 3D-printed models. Models are sold with print supports and need side-cutters and hobby knife to remove them.
